Iced Fruit Cocktail
Inggredients:
150g (1,5 cups) sugar, 2 pandan leaves, shredded lengthwise and tied in knot, 3,5 tablespoons (50 ml) water, 400 g ripe avocado, cut into 1 cm cubes, 3 young coconut, meat scraped out Crushed ice condensed milk
Methods:
Combine sugar, pandan leaves and water in a small saucepan and heat for a few minutes over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool syrup. To serve this dessert, place generous spoonfuls of cubed avocado, jackfruit and young coconut into a serving bowl. Add a little syrup to sweeten, top crushed ice and drizzle on a little condensed milk. Serve immediately. Serves for 4-6 persons preparation time: 30 mins

The Basic Operation

How to Make an Igloo from Eggshells

Step1 Gently break egg shell in half making two equal parts.
